Hello instructors. As we ready ourselves for next week's festivities, I'm reminded that Nov. is Men's Mental Health Month. This month, this is the perfect time to encourage open conversations, extend compassion, and remind the boy's and men in our lives that it's okay not to be okay & to ask for help. Strength is found in connection.
