I am a Life Member and current Vice President of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI). In 2023 the Director of FDACS Division of Licensing appointed me to serve a 4 year term on the Private Investigation, Recovery and Security Advisory Council (PIRSAC), representing the legislative interests of approximately 9000 Florida Private Investigators and 2500 Investigative Agencies licensed under Ch 493 Florida Statutes.

A licensed investigator since 2006, I’m a Florida Board Certified Investigator (FBCI). I am also one of only 2 Board Certified Forensic Death and Serious Bodily Injury (CFDI) Investigators in Florida and a member of the FALI Child Sex Trafficking Task Force.

I have been an attorney since 1999 and serve as a City of Tampa Special Magistrate and Hearing Master. Through my law practice, I have extensive experience in contracts, injury and worker’s compensation fraud, family law and all aspects of general civil and criminal law. I also formerly served as a Contract Family General Magistrate and Child Support Hearing officer for the 6th Judicial Circuit.
