Andrii Lukashenko is a security and risk management executive with over three decades of experience leading security operations, crisis management, protective security, and resilience programmes across military, diplomatic, international organisation, and private-sector environments.

As Founder and Deputy Director of SmartRiskSolutions Ukraine, he advises international organisations, NGOs, media teams, and businesses operating in complex and high-risk environments. His work focuses on security risk management, crisis preparedness, travel risk, executive protection, and organisational resilience, drawing on extensive operational experience gained throughout Ukraine during periods of conflict and instability.

Prior to establishing SmartRiskSolutions Ukraine, Andrii served with the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine as National Security Officer and National Executive Officer, where he was responsible for security planning, risk assessment, incident response, and the protection of personnel and assets across one of Europe's most challenging operating environments.
